WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT RIDER SAFETY AND THE RULES OF THE ROAD?

Safety is the number one priority for Move For Grady. First and foremost, all riders are required to wear a helmet. We will ride on city roads with longer routes on open country roads. If you feel uncomfortable with that style of riding, please join us for the 5K or 10K.
